Delivery Policy

IBADAN DELIVERY

Same day delivery if payment is made before 10am & Next day delivery if made after 12pm. Delivery fee is negotiated with delivery company and paid directly to them.

INTERSTATE PARK DELIVERY
24-72hrs after the rider has dropped off the package at the park and you have been called by the driver. The delivery time frame may vary due to distance and unforeseen circumstances that may happen during transit. Delivery charge/fee is to be negotiated with the driver. Ensure yo go through the park delivery policy also.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
7-14 days depending on the choice of courier company. Price is based on weight of package in KG.

INTERSTATE DOOR STEP DELIVERY
4-7 working days after it has been booked and send out for transit & delivery. Pricing is done based on weight in KG.

PICK UP AT THE STORE
Please ensure to clearly state that you want pick up at the point of ordering. If you’ll be sending a rider pls make sure to send his phone number and name for confirmation. Pick up MUST be done same day or next day after payment has been confirmed and order has been packed between 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday.
